Coordinator, Client Services – Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Coordinator, Client Services to join the Click Influence team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Client Services team, helping to keep campaigns running smoothly and clients well-served. You will assist across the full campaign lifecycle - from brief to final report - while also contributing to day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the team.

Core Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Team Support

  • Support Client Services Managers and Directors in the day-to-day management of client accounts across a range of verticals
  • Serve as an internal point of coordination, helping to keep workstreams organized and deadlines on track
  • Attend client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute clear action items and follow-ups to the team
  • Assist with drafting and iterating on client briefs through approval rounds with accuracy and speed
  • Support business development activities including pitches, proposals, and new client onboarding

Document & Deck Management

  • Maintain and update key client-facing and internal documents including briefs, timelines, reports, and contact sheets
  • Build and refine presentation decks for client meetings, pitches, and campaign reviews
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand, accurate, and ready ahead of deadlines
  • Organize and maintain accurate records across contracts, briefs, and reporting documents

Reporting & Quality Control

  • Track campaign deliverables end-to-end and flag risks or delays proactively to the wider team
  • Compile post-campaign reports with performance metrics and insights
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on brief, on time, and within budget

Skills and Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or a related agency role (internship experience considered)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing documents, decks, and reporting materials
  • Clear, professional communicator - both internally and in client-facing settings
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Word/Google Docs; comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with the US influencer and creator ecosystem across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Kick, and Twitch
  • Experience supporting senior team members in an agency or marketing environment
  • Genuine passion for the creator economy, social media trends, and digital culture
  • Experience with creator and project management tools such as CreatorIQ, Monday.com, and similar
