What you'll be doing:

  • Lead accounts strategically, thinking holistically about brand goals and developing plans to execute towards those goals on timeline 
  • Analyze brand, cultural, and industry insights via research to inform creative thoughtstarters 
  • Deliver work at a high level and identify new opportunities for clients to take advantage of 
  • Build a strong understanding of GameSquare services and be a champion for collaboration across the company inc. ideation, proposal development, budgeting and production
  • Work alongside in-house or external design resources to support in  bringing strategic & creative vision to life for proposals and live programs
  • Collaborate with Client Services team to prioritize deliverables, owning your bandwidth and personal organization 
  • Think ahead, identify potential roadblocks and anticipate pivots needed in shared work streams with Client Services 
  • Own key strategy deliverables, not limited to product launch plans, campaign refreshes, influencer recommendations, social briefs, etc. Reporting into the Strategy Director.
  • Communicate compelling ideas and strategy clearly to key stakeholders via visual, written, verbal presentations. Ex: Decks, Briefs, Zoom Presentations
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to define annual plans, campaign visions, define product launch messaging etc.
  • Partnering with creative vendors to support creative concepting and execution stages
  • Studying cultural niches and talent relevant to client work and internet culture. 
  • Communicate with Strategy Director daily, sharing insights vis onto workload, insights, and deliverables 

What you'll need:

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Canva etc)  
  • Strong research skills, being able to dive in and get a grasp of new topics 
  • Detail-oriented precision; Big Picture + Critical Thinker
  • Ability to build Strong relationships with different experts
  • Accountability for the work your team puts out, a no excuses attitude 
  • Familiarity with 360° marketing campaigns including media plans and social media strategy
  • Creative flair and a passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for visual design and attention to detail, specifically when it comes to building decks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, and flexing quickly to pivots needed
